European content delivery network (CDN) services
Content delivery network (CDN) services keep copies of a website's files on servers in many locations, known as points of presence (PoPs), and answer each request from a location close to where it was made. This shortens loading times, absorbs traffic peaks, and takes load off the origin server where the content is actually hosted. They are used mainly for websites, online shops, software downloads, and media services that deliver images, scripts, files, or streaming segments to a large audience. Most providers bill by transferred traffic and offer features such as custom caching rules, TLS certificates, image optimization, and real-time logs. Because a CDN usually terminates TLS connections itself, it can read the traffic passing through it, so the provider's location and ownership matter for data protection. Services that focus on hosting and playing videos are listed under video hosting services, and providers that mainly filter attacks are listed under DDoS protection services.
This category contains services from companies based in a member state of the European Union (EU), the European Economic Area (EEA) and the European Free Trade Association (EFTA).

It is used to deliver websites, APIs, and media assets, and Myra positions it particularly for organizations in finance, e-commerce, healthcare, and public administration that need to combine performance with data protection requirements under German and EU law.
Varnish CDN is a managed content delivery network (CDN) service from Sweden for websites, online shops, and APIs. It uses Varnish Enterprise to cache content at the network edge and reduce requests to the origin server. A browser dashboard lets teams configure caching rules, headers, cookies, and query parameters without writing Varnish Configuration Language code. Content can be purged through the dashboard or API, including by tag. The service supports managed TLS certificates, image optimization, WebSocket proxying, and configurable web application firewall and bot protection features. When an origin server becomes unavailable, it can continue serving cached content using grace mode.
OVHcloud CDN Infrastructure is the managed content delivery network of the French cloud provider OVHcloud. It sits in front of origin servers at OVHcloud or other cloud providers and serves up to 1,000 domains through a dedicated Anycast IP address. OVHcloud web hosting customers can alternatively book a simpler CDN add-on for their hosting plan.
